Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off & Track

Drop your package at the designated courier location; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
